We currently accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, UHC, and self pay. If you would like to use your insurance to pay for treatment, please inform your provider.

Individual session $160

Sliding scale sessions may be available upon request and at the discretion of the provider.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellation / no shows will be charged the total amount of a session. These fees are not covered by insurance.
